On the tree growth law, people with wealth need to pay a bigger share, if they can afford the tax without selling their property? The tree growth law should have nothing to do with taxes, if it does it should go to the towns and not to The State! Let the towns decide what to charge the land owners, if the land owners do not like a increase then they can get the town to reevaluate the situation! The uniform property tax system that we have at this time, and the tree growth program, undid everything that they tried to do by starting the tree growth program to slow down urban-sprawl! Will explain more and will focus on the property tax problems within 24 hours!
